The Annex is not responsible for any late, delayed, damaged, or stolen items, or for any loss, inconvenience, or expense arising from circumstances beyond our control. After an order is shipped, the customer assumes all risk for any loss or damage. This includes, but is not limited to, carrier delays, mishandling by third parties, weather conditions, incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer, or any other unforeseen events.

EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason (the “withdrawal period”). Effects of withdrawal: If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for supplementary costs arising from your choice of a delivery type other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive back the goods or evidence of return. We will use the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction.
